The host pays for all beverages consumed. Charges are based on consumption. A service charge of 18% and applicable sales tax of 5.6% and 2.5% Project Improvement Fee is added to final invoice. A bartender is provided free of charge for all hosted bars, based on a 50-person minimum. Under 50 persons, $20/hour per bartender fee applies.
Individual guests pay cash for all beverages consumed. A $75 set-up fee applies for each cash bar. Sales must exceed $300 or a bartender fee of $20/hour applies. We recommend one bartender per 100 guests.
Colorado state law prohibits serving alcoholic beverages to patrons under age 21. No alcoholic beverages may be brought into the facility for consumption. |
