A tentative reservation can be made to hold any date, giving you first right of refusal. If another inquiry is received, you have 24 hours to confirm or release the space.
To confirm your event, please return a signed contract and deposit. You’ll conduct a final walkthrough 30 to 45 days prior to your event with your Event Manager. At this time, we’ll map a diagram of the room and determine all details, other than final guest count. Food and beverage guarantees will be estimated 7 days prior to the event and confirmed 3 days prior to the event. |
