Belmar Center assumes no responsibility for damages or loss of any merchandise or materials brought on the property at any time. Any damage or loss caused by guests and/or staff hired by the client may result in additional damage fees.
All rental services, excluding the facility rental, are subject to a 5.6% sales tax. Belmar also has a Public Improvement Fee (PIF) tax at 2.5% for a total tax of 8.1%.
Belmar Center must be notified in writing of cancellation of event. Further details of cancellation policy can be discussed with a Belmar Center representative.
