> A completed signed contract and policies agreement
For all event dates, one hundred percent (100%) of the facility rental fee, the beverage minimum, the nonrefundable cleaning deposit, and the potentially refundable damage deposit and security, is due upon signing of the Agreement and will be applied towards final bill. The remaining estimated balance is due sixty (60) days prior to the Event. The day of your event, one hundred percent (100%) of the estimated total cost is due, as well as any remaining balance.
Your damage deposit will be returned to you within 30 days after your event date, less costs of any damage created by guests, caterers, or any vendors that assisted with your event. Liability is not limited to the amount of your damage deposit.
